Jodi is the director of The Earth Care Agency, a company specialising in supporting community-owned businesses. She won the 2016 GlobalGAP award while CEO of Ranadi Plantation, a leading organic certified Fijian ginger company. Prior to her work in business development and turn around, Jodi worked for over 20 years on Hollywood movies including The Matrix. Her great-great-grandfather was the first Chinese man in Fiji, arriving there in 1855.
